Quality Assurance

Our professionally trained in-house proofreaders are an essential element in our production process; the quality assurance team provides a wealth of knowledge and experience.

All text is subject to rigorous typographic checks at each stage of the production process, before being approved for final print or digital release.

Project Management

Developed to allow us to offer a comprehensive end-to-end service, our project management skills cover all aspects of the publishing process. Copy-editing, proofreading, text design, typesetting, reprographics, indexing and digital products – we can manage the entire process for you.

We'll also deal directly with authors and contributors and handle all production stages from conception to final print.

Data Management

Complete data archiving is a cornerstone of our workflow. We safeguard the storage of all electronic material during the production process and secure archival thereafter. Data is backed-up hourly in-house during the working day, and we carry out a complete back-up overnight with secure offsite storage.

Our customers can trust us to handle books with embargoed or highly confidential subject matter – and we are happy to enter into non-disclosure agreements should the need arise.
