Formed in 1994, Palimpsest Book Production Limited has grown steadily over the years in terms of capacity, range of services and client base. Initially providing book typesetting services primarily to UK trade publishers, the company now also caters for publishers of Trade Non-Fiction, Children's Books, 'Scientific, Technical, and Medical', Large Print titles and other specialist publications in Europe, North America and beyond. With staff now numbering thirty and the production of 1,800 titles per year, Palimpsest is the leading supplier of typesetting and pre-press services in the UK.
